Satisfaction Guarantee

We at Historical Armory Inc. stand by our craftsmanship and products because we want you to be happy with our product. Before ordering, please pay special attention that the personalized information you have provided to us is accurate. If you receive our product and are unsatisfied, please contact us immediately at 1-877-484-0179. We handle customer service issues on a case by case basis, always with the goal to quickly solve any issues with the product in a timely and satisfactory manner for our customers.

Cancellation Policy

All our products are custom made. Your firearm(s) will be engraved after being paid in full. Thus, all order cancellations will involve a cancellation fee. Please see below for details:

  • Orders cancelled within 14 days of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund minus a $150 cancellation fee.
  • Orders cancelled after 14 days of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost (if applicable) and 50% of the product purchase price.
  • Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Change Orders

All change orders will incur an immediate $150 fee.

We handle change orders on a case-by-case basis. Changes to your order may result in a new contract price and an extended completion date.

Once your order has been paid in full, you will be unable to change your order.

If you decide that you would like to change your order, please contact us immediately at 1-877-484-0179 to discuss your potential changes.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us at Historical Armory Inc. You have 14 days after your item’s designated pick-up date at your local dealer to inspect your item for any defects or damages. Designated pick-up date is five business days after the rifle has shipped. We shall have no responsibility for the return or refund of items left in our possession or in the possession of one our dealers for more than 14 days after the item’s designated pick-up date.
